My strategy for getting your house sold is a simple but effective one; I'll maximize its market exposure so we can attract as many qualified, motivated buyers as possible. I do this with a customized and personal 30-day marketing plan, specific to your personal needs and that of your home. I will keep you fully informed of all my activities, as well as all developments related to your listing and be available when you call. I use my expertise and negotiating skills once an offer is received when the time for the appraisal comes and I will be pro-active in achieving value from the appraiser.
I like to begin our relationship with a two-step process;
Step 1 is a visit to your home to discuss your plans and your needs, then we tour the home This allows me to collect the information I need to establish a value in today market place and to customize your home's personal marketing plan.
Step 2, I return to discuss my findings, make recommendations, share with you the custom marketing plan I have developed and make pre-marketing suggestions and plans.
As an agent I do not "specialize" in specific /geographic areas outside of the Catalina Foothills. Our valley is far too complex to generalize my service and limit myself and my clients. By working many markets I have the opportunity to become a specialists in many markets. But, what I do "specialize"in is relationships and service, experience and expertise I am able to deliver my clients . This leaves me the freedom to work many area of town and it requires that I keep up to date and fresh on them.
